In the Local Churches, I am Enlivened, Hui-Ling Liang Chen

To my greatest dismay, I realized that my life was totally in vain before I received the Lord Jesus. Praise the Lord, He found me in time and granted me abundant grace for me to go on with Him. The days are evil; all believers should redeem our time to pursue Christ and to gain Him to the uttermost to bring Him back (Ephesians 5:16).

In the local church, I began to exercise my spirit by calling upon His saving name (Romans 10:13), and praying over the Bible (Ephesians 6:17-18). Then I realized, that in the past, I did not even know that I had a God-created spirit which is the breath of God within me (see Genesis 2:7). Moreover, I can contact Him, fellowship with Him, and worship Him. This realization was really the turning point in my spiritual life.

Praise the Lord, I am also in His plan, which is the subject and central line of the whole Bible. This plan is that God would enter man to be his life and that man would express God. My life has been drastically impacted through this vision, by His mercy, during the course of my life. What a privilege! I have to be constantly under His dispensing to be transformed and conformed to His glorious image according to His good pleasure and heart's desire.

I am such a natural person possessing all the things concerning fallen man. The message conveyed through the ministry of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee is definitely a gospel of salvation for me, a blessing of Christ's all-fitting life to save me daily and strengthen me moment by moment. Now, I just cannot live without His nourishing Word and cherishing care; my whole family is under His shepherding continuously.

Finally, I have to testify that the dear believers in the local church have been keeping the oneness of Spirit to serve our Lord, and to minister the unsearchable riches of Christ to my family members (Ephesians 3:8). The believers' hearts are so near to God's heart, appreciating God's interest, and knowing God's way and His principle to fulfill God's eternal purpose for His satisfaction.

Amen!
